Before you book

• New clients: book a Private Consultation and colour patch test first
• A 50% deposit is taken when you book online, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment
• Bookings need at least 24 hours’ notice
• Book up to six months ahead
• You can reschedule online more than 48 hours before your appointment
• We’ll ask for your name, email and phone number in case we need to contact you about your appointment

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the booked service. Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.
